In his current role, he oversees the company’s Profit and loss, guiding all investment decisions, whether in infrastructure or operational plant investments, with a strategic and insightful approach.
Mr. Nandan’s career spans over 13 years, marked by ascending managerial roles at Air Liquide Engineering India. His journey began in process design for cryogenic air separation units, where he distinguished himself by successfully acquiring complex projects. His expertise in crafting optimal process cycles, achieving significant energy efficiency, and building a robust competitive supplier framework has been instrumental.
For over eight years, he led the proposal management sector, mastering solution development, strategy formulation (both commercial and technical), nurturing competent human resources, business forecasting, managing organizational workload, high capital expenditure project execution, and overseeing manufacturing facility expansions. His prowess in corporate management and new business development is underpinned by a profound understanding of operations and business intricacies, a formidable presence in industry circles, connections with leading corporate entities, and a blend of legal and commercial ingenuity coupled with rigorous project management skills.
